We had a serious accident and because their office had gone over the reasons we needed additional coverage, we were spared from a lawsuit. If you don’t have an “umbrella” policy, you NEED one. I am so thankful for Lisa (the office manager) and Aprille for holding our hand through what would have been a catastrophic loss for our family. It was emotionally devastating, but at least they took the burden of the financial devastation off our plate. In a world of such uncertainty, they are truly a blessing.
